But before we get started, let's play a quiz:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/tools.pinpoll.com\/global.js\" async><\/script><div data-pinpoll-id=\"225999\" data-type=\"embed\" data-location=\"https:\/\/tools.pinpoll.com\"><\/div><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And Now Read on and Become a Quiz Master<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First, we considered what <strong>factors<\/strong> impact both <strong>Completion<\/strong>, as well as <strong>Interaction Rate<\/strong> :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Number of questions upon completion\u202f&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quiz topic upon the interaction rate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding a form upon completion&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding a cover slide upon the interaction rate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the stopwatch upon the interaction rate&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding a design upon the interaction rate&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Does Completion and Interaction Rate Mean?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Interaction Rate<\/strong> defines, how many people, who see a quiz, also <strong>play<\/strong> the quiz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion<\/strong>\u202fdefines how many people play a quiz <strong>fully.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Result of Our Analysis So Far<\/h4>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In our analysis, we found that a Quiz with an above-average score contains<strong> 4.8<\/strong> questions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To achieve an above-average interaction rate, the <strong>quiz titles <\/strong>are decisive. A quiz with a form will be played <strong>1.7 times<\/strong> on average.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quizzes can be styled in many ways, e.g., by adding a<strong> cover-slide<\/strong>. Cover slides contain a<strong>start<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>button<\/strong>, which requires an explicit click by the user to start the quiz, generating some sort of commitment. The cover slide improves both the interaction rate and completion.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new gamification features was added to quizzes just recently: the<strong>stopwatch<\/strong>. With the stopwatch feature turned on, the interaction rate increases from 83% to 211% and completion jumps from 95% to 180%.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, custom built <strong>designs<\/strong> impact interaction rate and completion of a quiz in a positive manner.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First Steps<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of this rather number-driven analysis, we recommend that customers always start with a simple quiz first and test how users accept it. If the test is positive, the quiz can be enhanced step by step with the above recommendations.
